• Any additional expenses caused due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, natural disasters, roadblocks, flight/train delays or cancellations, excess baggage, medical emergencies or evacuations, accidents, strikes, riots, war situations, or changes in airline/hotel policies will be borne by the traveler.
• The tour operator is not responsible for delays or costs arising from such uncontrollable situations.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 30 days from tour departure: 10% deduction on tour package amount
(Excluding train, flight, helicopter & cruise cancellation charges)

• Cancellation between 30 to 15 days: 25% deduction on tour package amount

• Cancellation between 15 to 7 days: 50% deduction on tour package amount

• Cancellation within 7 days of departure: No refund applicable

• Cancellation within 7 days with replacement customer reference:
